Our Story

Their journey unfolded in Wilton, CT, amidst the festivities of a Thanksgiving break party in 2014, hosted at a mutual friend's house. Amanda, entrusted with the responsibility of curating the playlist, caught Thomas's attention with her song choices. Intrigued, he complimented her taste, initiating a conversation that sparked a connection. In a spontaneous gesture, Thomas extended an invitation to another party, only to receive a polite decline from Amanda, who chose to spend time with her friends. However, Thomas took a chance and messaged Amanda on Facebook the next day. He suggested that he must have lost her number, Amanda with a hint of humor, responded with, "I don't remember giving you my number." 4 months later Thomas asked Amanda to be his girlfriend and so, the fateful exchange marked the beginning of a tale that would become their shared history.
